1. Where do we buy it?

   I found a tube at PetSmart & bought it in hopes that Minnie would like it better than the chicken from another company. She loves it! Minnie comes on the run & licks it right out of the tube. So, back to PetSmart and they don't have any more on the shelf. After finding it on the Nutri-Vet website & clicking on "Where to Buy", I still have to ask "Where". None of the sites have this product in their on-line catalog; only a few are in my area & I've already been in the 2 of them. It seems to me if Nutri-Vet would provide the product directly to the consumer from their website it would be a wonderful customer service.

2. NOT the Original Anymore!!

   I am HORRIFIED! I have one VERY unhappy cat on my hands. She has worshipped the salmon lax for years. I bought 12 a few weeks ago. Opened it up and it is like a thick paste (barely can squeeze it out) and my cat HATES it. All 12 had to be thrown in the trash. HOW COULD NUTRI-VET DO THIS TO US?! Please write adn encourage them to put out the creamy old version. PLEASE!

   Our "Smokestack Lightening" is 17 years old and has always suffered from hairballs. We have tried every product out there trying to find something to help him pass his hairballs. We found this product and it has changed his life. He simply licks the gel off our fingers and EUREKA!! no more hairballs!!! Thank you Nutri Vet.

4. The only brand and flavor worth buying!

   I too have a cat who is typically not finicky about food. But I ran out of his Salmon Flavor hairball paw gel and unknowningly bought the chicken liver flavor at Petco - the ONLY place that even carries the brand anymore. Unfortunately, he turned his nose up at the new flavor and won't even touch it if I hide it in his food. Please bring back the original SALMON flavor and creamy texture!! My kitty never had hairball problems on this great "treat" which he looked forward too every day!!

5. Best Hairball Paw-Gel

   My cat, Fluffy absolutely loves this salmon flavor gel. I have never had him like hairball paw gels before, and I have tried different brands and flavors. He hated it! I would have to chase him and hold him down to put it on, and then he would run around the house jumping up and down trying to get rid of it. The first time I put your brand on him, he jumped off my lap, stopped and smelled it, and then sat down and calmly licked it off. Now I just put it on top of his food. It is the first thing he eats. That never worked with any other brand. Thank you so very much for this hairball gel. Fluffy loves it and it works!!

6. Missy and Sebastian’s Kitty Crack

   Missy and Sebastian give this product 8 Paws up, and near Lions loud purrs of LOVE. We had purchased the NUTRI-Vet Hairball Paw-Gel (cream in appearance), Salmon flavored for years. We were so happy to find a product that 1) Worked, 2) Both Missy and Sebastian Loved, 3) It reduced their vomiting by 99%, and 4) They experienced no allergic effects.
   We referred to it as Missy and Sebastian’s Kitty Crack, all we had to do was click the lid open and they would come running. Words cannot describe the frenzied love they expressed for this product: Loud purring, talking nonstop, rolling on the ground, rubbing against our legs, and swatting us to hurry up and give it to them.
   Late last year our local Pet chain store stopped offering the product. We franticly combed other local pet stores for the product and we were unable to find even one tube. We purchased the new Nutri-Vet salmon formula, which looks like brown ooze; they vomited it out within seconds. We offered a few other brands, unfortunately they experienced the same effect, vomiting. I called Nutri-Vet, “…out…do not know when… new formula… : (….
   Sebastian became so stressed over his hair ball issues, which can be very painful, that he began eating/licking the hair off his underside, to release his discomfort. He now has a completely bald belly. His vet prescribed pain medication and valium. Really! VALIUM!, VALIUM for a cat with hair ball issues…..OMG…?
   I franticly searched the internet, and found an online Pet store, that advertised, “three left”, YAH!!!! I purchased all 3, $33.00, and three weeks later they deliver arrived, YAH!!! Disappointment : (…!!!
   The pet store had ran out of the original formula, Salmon flavored, and substitute my order with chicken flavored (Missy and Sebastian are allergic to chicken). They were very sorry, “not carrying any longer”.
   Frustrated, I decided to call Nutri-Vet again and voice my consumer dissatisfaction. Do they not know how finicky Cats can be, and how delicate some cat’s digestive systems are? How the heck do cats survive in the wild…..Where do they get their hair ball removal stuff?
   YAH!!! They are making the original Nutri-Vet Salmon formula again. I ordered 3, …. Waiting with finger crossed.
   

7. The ONLY hairbal pawgel that works AND that my cat eats!

   Please, please, please continue making the SALMON-flavored hairball prevention paw-gel!!! This is the only hairball prevention paw-gel that works AND that my cat will eat! Please make sure to continue making the salmon-flavored paw-gel and ensure that they are sold in stores (they are not currently)! Thanks!

   I just received your hairball gel salmon flavored that my cats used to love. NOw I see that you have changed your formula and they absolutely hate it. I am so upset!! You had a wonderful product--why did you change the formulation!! Now I have to go and research for another salmon flavored hairball gel. You had a great product! you should have left well enough alone. Guess you lost me as a customer!

   Yes, THEY love it! The only one that all the kitties will eat.
   Yes, my vet strongly discourages the old formulas with petrolatum-- "you might as well give 'em diesel!"
   
   And because I matter, too, this is the ONE product which stays in gel form. The "other" ones separate out on the shelf. So, you open the tube, squeeze and a flood of oil runs out and all over. Afterward, the solids may or may not clump out. Ever tried to clean those oils off your hands, fabrics and surfaces? Nightmare!

    I am so glad that Nutri•vet has started shipping the salmon flavor again. My cat loves this product, but most importantly, it helps her digest the detailed daily fur cleanings. No more nasty messy hairballs and dry cough!
    In fact, she enjoys this product so much, that she wakes me up every morning just to get her daily dose! True story!! Make sure you order the salmon flavor and not the liver.
